Simon Metals has partnered with demolition contractors for decades but in recent years has been working directly with land owners, developers, and trustees, specializing in the removal of ferrous structures, equipment, and industrial site clean ups using our own equipment and expertise.
Our services not only include demolition but also logistics for small projects to full site demolition and clean up of 50 – 100 acre industrial sites such as lumber mills, paper mills, and rail road projects.
Our unique approach allows us to get the client the most value from the recovery of their unwanted recyclable buildings, lowering the cost of overall clean up, and minimize the amount of waste possibly going to landfill.
